Feng Chen Wu Die 2001 MAIN CAST: -Jimmy Lin -Chen Hong -Wallace Chung -Zheng Jia Yu Jimmy Lin, Cheng Jia Yu(Zheng Jia Yu), Chong Han Niang(Wallace Chung) are in mainland China to shoot "in the mood for love"--the series. They not only attract the attention in ShangHai, they also attract the attention of their co-star, a mainland chinese actress Chen Hong. Chen Hong said, "It's a great experience working w/ Jimmy Lin and the gangs. They've a lot of mainland chinese fans, always coming to visit them during outdoors scenes. These fans let me understand that Jimmy Lin and the others are very appealing." In "In the mood for love", Jimmy will be a reporter which isn't hard for him to protray. The only hard part is a couple of dancing scenes in the ballroom. Jimmy jokes, "I intentionally went to learn waltz, tango for these dancing scenes. Luckily I've some lessons in dancing before so I learn the steps quite fast." "In the mood for love" is an adaptation from 3 consecutive novels that are published in mainland chinese newspaper. Beside Jimmy Lin and Chen Hong's intensive love scenes, Chong Han Niang and Cheng jia Yu also have some interesting scenes together. Also, this series got hyped up in mainland china b/c it has the famous Chen Hong in it, and her famous director husband---Chen Hai Gu collaborating together--in front and behind the screen.
